RETURNS POLICY

Abel ceramics do not offer returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics and the unpredictability of the firings, we can see all sorts of imperfections such different shades of colours, slight glaze imperfections or stretch marks. They are all signs of perfectly good handmade craft and safe to use. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions using our contact form or email abelceramics@gmail.com.


Exchanges
Abel Ceramics do not offer exchanges on products.

Refunds
If you would like a refund on a product, you must send an email to abelceramics@gmail.com 30 days of purchase with photos attached.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at abelceramics@gmail.com.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

You have 28 days from the day of delivery for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you create a return for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason within the same time period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

WHAT IF 30 DAYS HAS SURPASSED.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds.

We will inspect all returns. Any items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund. In addition to the original packaging, the order must arrive to us safely. 

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
