All domestic orders are sent via Standard or Express post from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however please allow up to 4 business days between the date of purchase and the shipping. If you order a personalised piece, please see our FAQ's for timeframes on shipping.

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

NEW ZEALAND


All New Zealand orders are sent via Standard or Express post from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

UNITED KINGDOM


All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders will be packed and shipped after December 11th (once I arrive in the UK for a visit). Standard Royal Mail delivery times apply. This means your order is shipped from within the UK, saving you the much higher cost of international shipping.

Returns: 

Since Abel Ceramics items are handcrafted and one of a kind pieces, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly hello@abelceramics.com with images of the damage.
